Australian Domestic Orders: AbsoluteSkin has partnered with Australia Post eParcel . eParcel is a fast service which provides you prompt and secure shipping across Australia. Australia Post eParcel is a registered service which will require a signature upon delivery. Please provide an address where someone will be available during business hours to receive and sign for the parcel, otherwise collection from your local post office will be necessary. Australia Post eParcel can deliver to any location in Australia, including PO Boxes. If you supply a business address please ensure you include the business or company name in the address field. Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for orders over $99. Delivery times are as per the "Estimated Delivery Times" quoted below. You can upgrade your order to Express Shipping at a cost of $5.50 for orders over $99. Standard Shipping: We charge a flat rate of $7.00 for standard shipping for orders less than $99 to all destinations within Australia regardless of the number of items you purchase. Please view the following table to see if your location falls within the next day delivery network: www.auspost.com.au/express network The Express Post Express Network covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and post offices boxes. Delivery outside this network will receive the fastest possible delivery using existing transport links. We charge a flat rate of $10.50 for Express Shipping for orders less than $98.99 to all destinations within Australia regardless of the number of items you purchase. If your order is over $99, you can upgrade your shipping to Express at a cost of $5.50. Your order needs to be placed by 12:30 pm for same day dispatch for Express delivery. Orders placed after 12:30pm will be dispatched next business day. Authority to leave without a signature: You can authorise for your parcel to be delivered without a signature, please indicate in the comments section of your order for this service and provide clear instructions. AbsoluteSkin and Australia Post will NOT be held liable for parcels that are lost(due to incorrect address supplied), stolen or damaged at the delivery address. Dispatch: Orders are dispatched promptly provided we have your products in stock at the time. Orders received on the weekend or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day. If we experience any delays in processing your order we will contact you via email. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking Numbers: Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from Australia Post advising you of the tracking number and how to log into Australia Post and track your parcel. Please Note: It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide correct shipping address details when you place your order. Parcels that are returned to us due to incorrect addresses provided on the order will require an additional shipping charge. Instore Pickup: We also offer an instore pick up service whereby you can collect your order from our Skin Care Centre in Brookvale, Sydney. There is no charge for this service and also saves you the shipping charge. For same day pick up, your order will need to be placed before 10am. We will send you a text message or call you to advise when your order is ready. Our opening hours are from 9-3pm, Monday-Friday and your order will need to be collected from us during this time. International Orders: We currently ship to the following countries: New Zealand - $25 United Kingdom- $30 Asia/Canada/USA - $40 This is a flat rate charge regardless of the number of items you order. Parcels are sent via Australia Post Registered Mail and a signature upon delivery is required. Deliveries typically take 5-7 days but could take longer if there is a delay in customs. All customs charges(if they apply) are the responsibility of the customer. |
